Q1 : What is suitable room area?
A1 : 12~20 l.g.(level ground)(36~60 square meter)(2400~3600 cubic feet)
Room area less than 12 l.g. requires fewer operation time.
For safety, temperature-control device will stop the machines from operation. The shut-down temperature is 85 。C.

Q2 : How does the machine eliminate the microorganism, odor, and pollen in the air?
A2 : Product with our formula dissemble the hypersensitivity sources, like microorganism, mould, bacteria, odor, and pollen in the air, and turn them into harmless carbohydrate. They don't pollute environment and are harmless to human body. They can reduce hypersensitivity and enhance resistance body to prevent respiratory tract from infection and disease, and finally enhance human resistance to disease.
(How it works:)
The machine will inhale airs in room into water tank;  Formula-resolved fresh air, vapor and anion will spread out by the machine and circulate airs in room, and continuously eliminate bacteria, odor to clean air.

Q3 : Any material will settle or remain in the solution?
A3 : While inactive, Nano TiO2 and resolved carbohydrate in the active solution will settle in the bottom. While active, the air stirred the solution and continue to function.

Q4 : Will settled material in the solution spread out in the air?
A4 : Settled materials will not spread out. Air spread out is absolutely fresh air, vapor anion and water-resolved herbal essence fragrance.

Q5 : What is the ratio between solution and water?
A5 : Ratio between solution and water is about 1:8 to 1:9 in the water tank. After operation, water will vapor and reduce( also create moisture in winter). Formula will automatically condense the ratio and better the result.

Q6 : When do we substitute the solution?
A6 : If the formula gets unclear, you can decide when to change by visual inspection. Different environments will make the formula various colors. For example, nicotine, dust will make it more yellow and muddy. Oil(soot or automobile pollution) will make it more black. Chemical odor will make it brown.
Depends on the degree of pollution, you can decide when to change them, usually you should replace it every 3 months. The replacement can be re-use on floor cleaning or toilet cleaning, especially the closet. Reusing will not pollute the environment for the materials are all natural ingredients.

Q7 : Will solution disappear in the air automatically?
A7 : Formula will not vanquish in the air.
While re-using, just add clear water to the "max" mark. The formula is active again, and only vaporized herbal essence fragrance will disappear in the air( fragrance can also show you where vapor goes)

Q8 : Is there timer device available?
A8 : We may include the timer device in the future.

Q9 : Can you change the design of shape and material?
A9 : We can't change the design of shape and material for the following reasons:
(A) We have passed standards like CE.PSE/JET/JAPAN/CCC/CHINA,UL,CUL.
(B) Our leave-shape cover represented nature and environmental protection. The design of irregular and unsmooth surface is accepted by most buyers and end-users around the world.

PS :
•  Most copycats or other herbal essence devices use poisonous chemical solution like isopropanol, butane(gas), alcohol as evaporating solution. The PROVIEW solution doesn't include these poisonous materials.
•  Please understand that ordinary herbal essence just surround odors and are still floating in the air. Ordinary air-conditions is a raw approach. The filters have to be clean when polluted. The O2 harms environment. If they need cleaning, they can't sterilize well.
